Ribs

My BBQ King's manager at work got promoted at work and is leaving for a different building on the campus.  A few coworkers pitched in money for ribs to BBQ on the grill there. They had a big potluck for her and everyone brought in all sorts of food!

Meet My BBQ King! Now let's get to the good stuff!

To the left in this picture you will see cheddar dogs and then the ribs.  We had no time to make our rub and marinate the meat, so these are the pre-marinated ones from Costco! The ribs are over an apple cider bath for the smoking process. Used to baste, KC Masterpiece Hickory flavored BBQ sauce!

Success!  We were worried that pre-marinated wouldn't be the way to go, but adding this BBQ sauce made them perfect!  I feel special, saved for me were the last two ribs! YUM! They were finger lickin' good!

The cheesy dog's were "spitting" as My BBQ King said so he chopped them up and tossed them in the pan when they were done cooking!
