Chicken Stock

I don't know about you but my husband does some crazy things! Here he is using one of my nice newer pans on his barbecue! This drives me nuts!  He knows better!  He has his own special pans to use just for the BBQ! In fact he should have used one of the old ratty looking pans in the kitchen instead!

Here's a peek inside!  The recipe for this awesome chicken stock, all it is, is, a leftover rotisserie chicken from Costco and water.  Grill on the side burner for a few hours. When we use it to cook something fabulous we will add salt and pepper and that sort of stuff.
