BBQ Weekend , Ribs

Just some tasty ribs to kick the weekend off with!





And don't forget the taters!  These were cooked on the grill too!  Just a dash of EVOO to marinade them in with garlic salt, onion powder, and a dash of pepper.




The meat just separated off the bone it was so good! Oh yum!  There just wasn't enough!  I really wish I didn't have to share these!  I could have eaten it all myself!



Make sure to have the fire extinguisher handy just in case for those fireworks that get out of control.  We are leaving it to the professionals this year because of how dry it has been.  I can't remember the last time it rained around here, but the news said that it is going to keep be a dry summer!
